This project is a redevelopment of a power plant in Redondo Beach. Some of the original elements are adapted to become playgrounds. Residential buildings are organized in courtyards with shared balcony spaces on interior faces. The neighborhood features a main commercial strip, a space for temporary events, and a majority of residential blocks.
